There've been 8 Senators on C-Span2 talking about the filibuster

Levin, McCain, Alexander, Pryor, Kyle, Barrasso, Shumer, Cardin...

Tom Harkin not part of the group, but gave a good enthusiastic speech about changing the system.

They are closing the door and turning out the lights, but no adjounment yet.

There's hope.

Isaacson (R) just joined in to agree.

They discussed working 5 days a week!! and even 6 sometimes, and no more phoning in a filiabuster - they want arguments.

Sounds good.

There are more threads telling us this is a good thing and we should just trust the Senate will be really changed. I agree that time will tell and I have no choice but to wait but when the lipstick washes off this I think we will recognize it for the pig it is.
