The Iraq War Resolution will be irrelevant in the 2016 campaign.
I've seen people here bring up the IWR in regards to the 2016 campaign. The thing is that the IWR is already old news. Most people will not be voting with the IWR in mind. We already did that in 2004 and 2008. By 2016, it will be ancient history.
