"Federal Agents are investigating another allegation of sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl at a Prom party at which several members of Steubenvilles Big Red football team were present, it can be revealed today.
MailOnline has learned that a report was filed with Steubenville City Police in September and relates to an incident that allegedly took place at a house party in the small Ohio town last April.
Approached by MailOnline the family of this latest victim declined to comment. Her step-father explained: Weve been advised by our lawyer not to say anything.' He agreed that, anything involving Big Red football players is hot right now, adding thats the problem.
The girl is being advised by Bob Fitzsimmons, attorney for the 16-year-old girl at the centre of the Ohio rape case currently.

This was posted in breaking news which was then locked, I guess due to news source? I found it while searching for the 300 page manuscript of hearing. So I hope it is in the right place.

(5,420 posts)all that have been covering up everything the football team did that was wrong, is just as guilty as the boys doing the crime. THey led them to believe that it was all fun and games. That they were immune to prosecution and could do pretty much anything they wanted in that apartment.
Many of those boys probably would not have been rapist if not put into this situation of false entitlement and protection.
That does not excuse it, but they've obviously been doing this shit a while and were led to believe by the adults and law that it was ok to do so.
