I also doubt that in jursidictions where breast feeding is not legal in public, that actual arrests are made. It is more likely a situation where a citation (ticket payable through a fine) is issued.

10. That's why I think mandatory open carry is the only way to go

There's all kinds of people running around most places in America with weaponry that for most practical purposes is as destructive as those rifles, they're just keeping the guns hidden from you.

I don't understand the mentality that allows concealed carry and freaks right the fuck out over a couple of guys with rifles. I want to know about *all* guns in my vicinity when I'm out in public and the only way to accomplish that is mandatory open carry with major teeth in it.
