that child . . . was it really that long ago?

I know my sister couldn't get out of the house dressed like that! She'd bundle all of her forbidden clothes in a bag and change at school. Both of us did . . .and, lol, we got caught by a very surprised parent a couple of times wearing our forbidden cool clothes.

We ultimately won that battle of the clothes. If they only knew just how much we actually disliked clothes. I'm wearing the same sort of outfit they just hated . . . We looked cool as shit back then; at 52, I look like you might want to offer me a cup of coffee and a buck or two .
