I'd laugh to myself and tell him to pick up the sandwich.
Then I would tell him that using a YOLO on this is setting his standards way too low.

If this is the only YOLO he has then he needs to broaden his horizons and widen his dreams. YOLOs should be grand gestures and not used for chucking food as some form of protest? or whatever.
