We celebrated a "certain ethnic" Christmas with a movie and Chinese food. I enjoyed the movie, typical Tarantino, lots of blood and gore, decent story, just a bit long. Watch for all of the cameos.

I wish that word would DIE! DIE! DIE! historical period be damned. I grew up during segregation and Jim Crow. I remember it being common speech. Then it began to die out. Now this? No. I won't be going.

I really don't like Tarantino's movies. In the end, they really are all the same movie.
But I wish those who do go well.

I'll be watching it because this kind of movie is what gets people talking about that elephant in the room.

From what I hear about Leonardo DiCaprio's character, you would be cheering when Django gets his revenge on him...

at the end when Samuel L Jackson's evil character gets capped.

Great Movie! Overly bloody at the end, but the the audience clapped and cheered anyway.

I love me some Tarantino

A lot of people don't like his style, but I personally believe the man is a genius.

movie was just stupid, gratuitous violence. Django was clever, funny, engaging and had a lot of blood-filled violence. Could have been shorter - couldn't have been better. OSCAR calibur for sure.

I have to wait until it comes out on DVD before I can see it, but I'm not going to let Spike lee persuade me even though i do admire him as a film maker. QT never disappoints me when it comes to his work.
