I am watching my local news, and that woman in Berrien County Jail for swearing

is STILL in jail. Day 11 for muttering "fuck this shit" under her breath. Lawyers have filed an emergency appeal, but it looks like she will be in jail until at least January 2. What a fucking disgrace. Completely racially motivated, I am sure.

knows about this particular little group of entitled creeps.

the last I saw, the hearing was scheduled for jan 8--which would mean she will have served TWENTY-TWO days in jail for muttering under her breath. did the report mention that the ACLU was trying to get the hearing before Dec 31 so that she can accept the job for which she was applying which started this whole mess?

this is why I tend to swear in a language other than english.
