Gun violence costs America $100 Billion a year

I was just watching Bashir show on MSNBC and a police chief guest said that in the last 2 weeks 13 incidents have killed 6 cops and wounded 10 more.

He then said the 'Police Executive Research Forum' found that gun violence in 6 American cities cost $38 million and that gun violence costs the US approximately $100 billion a year! Maybe the Teabaggers should know this.
