One of my favorites requires three things: a shovel, a wheelbarrow, and a very large pile of gravel. Shovel 15 good shovels full of gravel into the wheelbarrow, grab it, and run. While shoveling, you can plant your feet in place, move around, or mix it up. This prepares you to fire 15 good punches, tie the opponent up, and move him back into the ropes. Repeat, over and over and over.

Also, using a cross-cut saw, then an ax, and end up with a load of fire wood. The funny thing is that my father had us doing that stuff any how! Young people today usually think of that as old school, and prefer fancy gym equipment. But that old school way got us in good shape!
