While I do like Paul's, it is a bit, I don't know, schmaltzy. (I think that's the word for it.)

I grew up in the disco era (make that error).

And it was during that time I bought my first Beatles album, in 1979, and over the years got all their albums, including their solo work.

I so wish John and George were still with us, making music.

Tearing down someone to build someone else up is not what the Beatles (collectively or individually) were about...ever. My vote (on this particular thread is for John.
