(21,786 posts)and you should see Cardiff, really, that's pretty tame in comparison. Britain has much more of a drinking culture than the USA. Going out on the piss on the weekend is what people will tend to do, in a lot of places.

They do it every damned weekend, too.
I was married to a binge alcoholic and I finally had to throw in the towel and leave. As bad as the Black Eye Brigade looks, it's not nearly as bad as living with them, even when they're not violent at home.
The weekend Donnybrook might be a pressure relief valve. However, it also opens the participants up to real problems the rest of the week, as it did to my ex.
At least they're not all toting Glocks in Newcastle.

(1,944 posts)From the photos the ages are mixed so you can't just blame the teens trying to "act older". Binge drinking until they vomit/pass out - what the hell is wrong with these people? Fighting because .......
I had heard it was getting bad in the UK with these moronic imbeciles drinking themselves stupid, but I had no idea it was this bad.
