Boehner gets Obama all excited about this time finally reaching his cherished "Grand Bargain", so the President decides to play ball with Boehner once again. BAM! Social Security is slapped back onto the table. SNIP! those tax increases for the wealthy that Obama won the election over get trimmed back (with a wink that they still could shrink even more to close the deal). WHOOSH! John Boehner pulls back the football just as the President runs toward it, and shouts "Lets play Plan B instead!"
