I hereby solemnly pledge...

... never to vote for, or support in any manner, any candidate, for any office, that from this point forward, takes even one penny of contributions from the NRA. This is a litmus test that is not open to negotiation, now, or at any point in the future. Enough is enough.

I live in Montana. If I voted, and encouraged others to vote only for folks who don't take money from the NRA, Republicans would be much more likely to win elections.

I let my distaste for Republicans cloud my posting judgment.

I really, really dislike the Republican party. The Dems in Montana are pro-gun. I'll take a pro-gun Democrat over a pro-gun Republican any day.

Now ... extrapolate the obvious result of Democrats refusing to vote for anyone (including Democrats) that receive NRA dollars ...

That's right ... a Congress full of gopers whose base doesn't care that their reps receive NRA dollars.

I understand emotions are running strong today ... But please think!

I "think" that if Democrats want my support and vote, I've been quite clear about what I won't tolerate. Quite frankly, if you don't like it, that's just too damn bad. Save your guilt trip for someone else.

I think we need to analyze seriously, even severely, HOW the bad guys have worked successfully - over many years, true - to tarnish and negate and throw shit all over organized labor, organizations like ACORN, and even the very word and concept of "Liberal." YES it took years, but those have been so maligned and demeaned and diminished and tarnished and shat upon and rendered negative - that they're toothless. ACORN even worse - it doesn't even exist anymore!

HOW CAN WE GET THAT DONE AGAINST THE NRA??????????????

How do we dirty-up the name of the NRA so that it doesn't have the clout it enjoys - ANYMORE!!!!!!!!

It's gotta start somewhere!!!!!!! Like a cancerous tumor in the body that new therapies target - by starving it of blood flow. Like the bad guys did to ACORN. Like grover norquist has been trying to do to the federal government for all these years. We need to figure out how to starve this beast. We need to start the ball rolling, the drum beating, AND MORE.

What hold we American Citizens from Going For THAT? Too much of this going on.

How many Repeat Bullets does it take to kill a Deer to feed a family for a Year?

Who ELSE ARE...the BULLETS for? Repeating Glocks...repeating Rifles? To get rid of pesky Squirrels or Vermin eating our "homegrown crops?"

Give me a BREAK...NRA! WHY DO YOU KEEP DOING THIS?

That's a GREAT one, KoKo!

FRAME THEM. Put THEM on defense. Make THEM stammer and hem and haw - makes 'em look even more guilty. WE decide what they're called and who they really are, and WE SAY SO OUT LOUD AND REPEATEDLY. Put it on OUR terms. With OUR language. So WE define, or begin to re-define what they are - according to how WE see it.

Domestic terrorism. Domestic terrorists. I LIKE IT! But then again, that's what this is, and what they are.

NRA - WHY DO YOU KEEP DOING THIS?????? WHY ARE YOU SUPPORTING DOMESTIC TERRORISM, AND GIVING IT COVER AND LEGITIMACY?????
