Glad you mentioned the beards. Twenty years ago, even ten or twelve, "Look at the gay men getting married!" would have been my first thought. Now it's "Look at those awesome beards. I wish I could grow a beard like that!"

I like to think that being concerned with great facial hair (rather than other people's genitals) is a positive step in my personal development. The world is changing for the better, slowly but surely, each and every day.

Congrats guys! They've probably been together for 20 years already anyway, so I'm glad they could make it legal.

The 2 awesome photos of this couple are quite a juxtaposition. While we are all agog at the roughneck/GQ elegance one-and-the-sameness of their visages, they are simply living their lives.

I don't cry much, and avoid weddings as much as possible, but every one of these makes me tear up. I can hardly wait for my dear Gay friends to get married. I wouldn't miss it for the world

The day after the law passed, I saw a Gay friend and co-worker. We didn't speak, we just gave each other a big hug. A (gay) doctor who knows my friend ( I work in a hospital) saw this, and told him, 'I haven't actually hugged anyone yet' and also gave my friend a big hug.

It was a moment.
