Michigan was the Pearl Harbor of the US Class War...

It's On.

1st Goal: Unionize WalMart.

A Decent Lower/Middle/Upper Middle Class is simply not possible without a certain critical level of unionization.

With Unionized Workers....Employers compete with union shops to attract the best workers.

With Unionized Workers....Money flows through a community creating a prosperous merchant class.

With Unionized Workers....Local tax coffers are full and infrastructure is maintained.

So even if you're not in a union, you and your community benefit. It's all about spreading the wealth.

Baby Boomers have lived through the before and after. We grew up in Bedford Falls, we now live in Pottersville. Do we REALLY have to go all the way back to Upton Sinclair's Jungle before we learn the lesson?

Some of us have been fighting this one for a long, long time. I'm glad more are realizing that the stakes are high for everyone, not just union members. But this war is nothing new.
