so is harry reid gonna kill the 60 votes required rule to pass in the senate?

the constitution does not give the minority in the senate the right to kill any legislation when that minority cannot get 50% of votes plus one so why do dems and harry reid give repubs defacto control of the senate???

I doubt he'll even make the fuckers do an actual filibuster. There will be some slight adjustment that will ultimately be meaningless and gridlock will continue. The pendulum only swings to the right you know.
