to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. But even more important than that is the election in 2014 where we could conceivably take back the house and turn the Republicans into Whigs. A giving in on entitlements would end both those possibilities. Let's go off the cliff and learn to fly, even soar.

hasn't the national media caught on to the problem the Republican Legislature in North Carolina is having with looming medicare cuts? is the North Carolina Republican and Democratic delegation in Congress keeping this story hidden? That story would bring the cuts, the Republicans want into the national limelight, just like the Bain outsourcing. So why isn't the national media on to this? It is in my local newspaper and the Raleigh Observer about the scandal about to happen if they don't solve it. They are scampering around to look for tax dollars to pay for it. If, they don't, there will be thousands of old people in North Carolina on the streets, because the funding for medicare, want be there.
