Business Model For Work Force - Tiered With Enfranchised And Disenfranchised

We now know what the Reagan/GOP revolution was all about and why the intense war to kill unions is being waged. By divided and fracturing the US workforce into little pieces it make it possible for business to pay very little to those who create the wealth for the very few.

The plan all along was to create a tiered work force that divides workers into enfranchised and disenfranchised classes politically and economically. If you are destined to be a worker bee with little education you will have scant wages, no benefits and little opportunity. The other more educated tier will have more benefits and advantages while the most educated and protected management class will have most or all the benefits.

It is the return to the economic system common in the feudal system where classes are divided into neat little groups that they cannot escape from. Who needs titles when you can us economics. To the rich and powerful it is a convenient system where disenfranchised workers can look in for the opportunity to have a job with benefits and decent pay if they only work harder to gain the favor of the management class.

It is like the play "Waiting For Godot" And Godot never comes.
