...are those who try to revise economic history. If there's anything to be "thankful" for dubya it was proving once and for all rushpublican economic "ideas" were corrupt and disastrous. Raygun didn't "perk" up the economy in the 80s....he started the long slide that most of us "boomers" had to endure; lower wages, fewer benefits and constantly higher prices. The only respite were the Clinton years and then we got a wave of "deregulation" that codified the corporate gains of the 80s and set in motion the abuse once dubya and his corrupt war criminals got their hands on the treasury. The facts are there..."trickle down" doesn't work and the entire rushpublican game has always been to enrich the upper crust on the backs of the middle and lower classes.
There's no statistical proof that either of the dubya tax giveaways to the rich had any positive effect on the economy...no surge in jobs or incomes (like the 90s). Be assured that any progress President Obama makes will be credited to Raygun or the "rushpublican congress". These shitstains will never give up their big lies cause that's all they have...
