Has anyone else been getting repeated robocalls from a "Mr. Foster"

making threats about a bad debt that we've supposedly ignored. This guy has been bugging us for weeks now, sometimes more than once a day, about some nonexistent debt that neither of us owes. Both of our credit reports are A-OK, so there isn't anything that we've "forgotten."

Is this guy somehow related to "Rachel from Card Services"?

We are still last century and have no caller ID, but we have been either letting the phone ring or just hanging up as soon as we hear who it is. Maybe they'll give up pretty soon, I hope.

If I do not recognize the number, I don't answer the phone. If it is urgent, the caller can leave a message.
