1. AARP used to be considered leaning right, but the Medicare/SS issues are pretty much single issue

for them. They have sent out emails that allow one to click on a link and automatically email your representative with a pre-written body that you can add to. Lots of information, too. At least a weekly email since the election. I always read them. Started in 2008 as I recall. It is not partisan, but clearly pro-Medicare and SS and likely is the largest lobbying organization solely for elders.

They also sell insurance, so they have a dog in the hunt, but the prices are good and they sort through the fraudulent tricksters preying on seniors. Thus, the Democratic Party reference-snit.
