(297,693 posts)Unfortunately, it's not amazing to me because it's the same ol shit for the 12 years that I've been paying attention to what "reporters" are trying to get away with.
But, now we have all these Social Media Tools and We Can Fight Back!
Thanks babylonsistah!

(114 posts)I would be out in the streets rioting. I am a 65 year old white who never rioted before, but I would have taken this place apart.
I would have shown those wimps in Greece what real rioting is about.
Yes, the media is indeed representing the Murdock/Corporate/Wall Street gangs, and we the people have to keep fighting them, including letting those news people know they are not fooling us.
As long as we still have free speech we need to keep up our drumbeat.
Thanks for posting!

(17,609 posts)Its the both sides do shit again.
The republiCONS have put nothing on the table and are afraid to tell us that they don't want to CUT THE SPENDING that is unnecessary in the budget, They will agree on CUTTING THE SPENDING as long as they can hurt as many people as they can, this is their main objective.
When it comes to the military spending they don't want to hurt contractors who charge $300 for a hammer or screwdriver or inferior housing that can't be used.

(154,021 posts)This penchant "to be fair," is killing the business. But it is also driven by two fears:
1- loss of access...take my word this is so deep that editors can kill stories.
2- The public already believes it's liberal, so reporting facts that make a certain party look that way is confirmation bias and readers will leave you in droves.
We have had generations trained with these parameters.
