Puppy Left To Die In Dumpster Saved In More Than 1 Way

COLUMBUS, Ohio - A puppy found left to die in a Dumpster was rescued in more than one way.
Thanks to donors who opened their hearts and their wallets, Oscar is on the mend.

It is hard to tell that the puppy was left with injuries too severe to climb from the Dumpster.
“He was in a little lump,” said Vincent Morton, a veterinarian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control.

Oscar suffered fractures to his front and back legs – old and new injuries, according to Morton.

The puppy struggled to even stand, but thanks to his spirit and those at the Franklin County Dog Shelter, he is on the mend.

I don't understand people. I never have, and I never will.

I've always been scared of what I might do if I ever caught someone doing this. I could never work for a wonderful organization like this because it would get violent and ugly really fast.
