Is it possible the GOP is keeping McCain

Last edited Thu Nov 29, 2012, 09:59 PM - Edit history (2)

busy with Rice and Benghazi so he will not weigh in on the fiscal cliff? Because he used to be a maverick on the economy till the GOP convinced him he knew nothing during his presidential run. Keep in mind McCain has gravitas amongst Republicans and could lead a wing of the right towards compromise with the Democrats, in the middle. There are already a few conservatives bucking Grover Norquest. They could be trying to keep McCain busy on this Benghazi nonsense. This could be one of the many reasons why McCain won't let go of Rice/Benghazi.
