McCain is going after Rice on Benghazi: to smash a hole in Obama‘s successful foreign policy reign, to make Kerry SOS thus freeing up a senate seat for Scott Brown,and as a racist dog whistle to the base as revenge they can all bond over. Any other reasons why McCain will not let this go?

3. He‘s no longer a maverick. That McCain

is gone. What a sad end to his career. A partisan hack. Encouraged by the GOP around him to continue his Rice attacks, likely to keep him busy so the moderate maverick on the economy, which McCain once was, doesn‘t wake up and speak up during the fiscal cliff talks. Once McCain thought for himself on economics and on democracy. Then, during his presidential run, the GOP convinced him he didn‘t know anything.

2. Back to 2008 - she called him out for his stunt in Iraq

He strolled down a supposedly "safe" street in Iraq to prove the war was working and worth our blood and treasure. Rice, as part of the Obama campaign had the ovaries to point out he needed a flak jacket, numerous armed escorts ( just out of view in the photo op), and (I believe) a chopper overhead to protect his "stroll" down a "safe" street.

Johnny does not like to be confronted with an inconvenient truth ever, but by a female and a minority one at that? She will be PUNISHED for such sass. Even if it takes 4 years.
