Ive seen some videos where people are right on top of the cop filming and getting in the way or blocking traffic.

Not great quality video but definitely small and stealthy. If they don't know you have a camera you're just another stupid bystander.

I would draw the line at filming victims and probuably arrestees though as they deserve privacy.
