Second Order To Show Cause Hearing Scheduled.
They did file a second complaint. Judge Merchan hasn't ruled on the first one yet, but he did schedule the second one for next Wednesday, at 2:45 (2 something.) This is interesting to me. I don't know what they asked for as a sanction. Anyone hear anything? Does Donald have to be there?? "Cause, you know, the Judge could order the Bailiffs to hook him up right there! Put him in jail on Wednesday, and let him spend the night, then return him on Thursday for trial. Works for me! Low key, jury doesn't know, nothing for him to complain about (except the food, the crapper, no privacy, horrible bunk, etc.)
I also think that scheduling it on a dark courtroom date is interesting. Oh, please have an inside reporter there! It'll be late in the day, I guess after the Judge takes care of his other courtroom stuff (he presides over the Mental Health Court, or something.) There's gonna be fire works! I'll bet the Judge is pissed!
So, here's an opportunity to levy a fine separately, then follow it up with a day or so in jail. I personally don't care how it looks to the base Magats. I don't care if he can whine, "I'm a martyr." What he is, is a stupid schmuck who will quickly find out the discomfort of being in jail. I worked in a jail briefly. It's loud, loud, loud, and boring, dirty, and certainly not meant to ease your way through the hours. If he gets jail, I hope it's not an ankle bracelet type. Lock him up! The People demand it! Sweat, Donald!
