They do have their Congressional Ratings and Awards from 2001 to 2007. Joe resigned during the 2001 session, so he has a few "not in office" entries (which includes the pledge for this term):

Somebody asked him about it and he said he signed it.
That's why he always gets so defensive when people bring up that pledge.
