Hi everyone. Im hoping someone can help me since Ive been looking and cannot find it.
I recall reading or seeing a video a while back on republicans talking about Americans as human capital. The gist (as I recall) was an argument saying that this is why they are against abortion and education
they need cheap and dumb, poor and desperate labor.
Does anyone recall this or did I just make it up in my head?

The aforementioned used to be called "Personnel" departments until about the late 1970's.
