1. Those jurors need to know how they will be protected. Yet if they ask, Trump's lawyers will undoubtedly try to

exclude them in voir dire.

I have to think the judge will address this with them, however. I would participate if I were in their shoes, but I'd sure as hell want to know how my information would be protected (and whether or not I needed more life insurance--and I'm not really kidding about the latter).

3. Merchan is keeping the names of the jurors confidential and not available
