I have to think the judge will address this with them, however. I would participate if I were in their shoes, but I'd sure as hell want to know how my information would be protected (and whether or not I needed more life insurance--and I'm not really kidding about the latter).

will restricting the names hamper Trump's ability to do opposition research on the potential jurors? If it does, that's a BFD.
