"Ultra-Fairness"

Andrew Weissmann and Nicolle Wallace were discussing how the justice system were going out of their way to be fair to Donald Trump. Weissman called it "ultra-fair". Nicolle said he was receiving kid glove treatment like no other person, no mob boss, no one in America would receive except Donald Trump. It was an excellent point, in my opinion.

But, I would say, that you cannot be "fair" to someone who is not looking for "fairness". He is looking to disrupt and to tear down our justice system in order to protect himself.

Does the FBI or the Atty-General have any role in this issue? If he is the threat that they say he is, can they continue to stand by and do nothing?

He has used the same playbook many, many times. Anybody that opposes him is interfering with his election. They are persecuting him because they are anti-Trump or they are Democrats or they are friends of Democrats, etc. It's the same defense every time.

As for "ultra-fairness", it is past time to be "fair" to the American people.

No other American receives this level of treatment.

The courts put our democracy and Americans at grave risk.

Attorney who will argue for the same treatment for some ordinary schlub client, and with specific reference to how TSF has fared in the system.

Preferably the attorney will make that case before one of the wrist-slapping judges out there. What leg will those judges have to stand on, after all? You give that kind of treatment to one person before you, so what's different about my client, yer honour?

I have a feeling it's coming, and very soon. Lawyers everywhere are watching and filing the tactic away for future use.

That is why they sit on their hands with Trump.

But you are so right nanacat, this is going to come back to bite them big time.
Exactly, wait until criminals start demanding the same rights given to Trump.
