Wardens probably don't want Secret Service telling them what to do, plus they don't want all the media attention.

Personally, I prefer Guantanamo but any building with a cage inside and a break room for his secret service agents is fine.
As a matter of fact, isn't there an old jail cell in the basement of the Capital building?
