Shocked I say, Shocked.

Today I realized I am part of this problem. I work for a retailer and I'd like to see change but it's hard to cross that bridge. I have no fear in voicing my concerns I am just not sure that the changes could be implemented. There are so many dominoes which would fall if we were to make the changes we need to.

Change is somewhat scary.
