I found it glaring that the judge did not include himself in the order. As I recall, it was witnesses, jurors, & other members of the justice system. It left out Merchan & Bragg.
I'm thinking the answer to your question is his daughter is not covered under the order.

The posts that were re-posted in those screenshots are legitimate posts from 2019 & 2020. They are from her previous employer. They are also from 2019 & 2020. This account that reposted them (lorenm426) was *created* in April 2023. Coincidentally that is when Merchan was given the case. Why would a legitimate account of a professional adult only have 4 posts in total, all of which are just reposts of tweets she was tagged in by her employer?

The creator of this fake acc wants to pretend the judge's daughter just *happened* to want to repost these tweets from a previous employer, from 3 & 4 YEARS ago, that just happen to have her username in them, right before Laura Loomer "found" her super secret X account to "expose" her?
But this fake account wasn't even CREATED until 1 year ago now in April 2023?

If you change your username or close your twitter acct, your previous username is available again for whomever wants to use it. When you decide you are done with this website, I could decide I want to have your username & then I can repost anything tagged with your old username to my account and pretend I am you, just as this person is quite obviously doing with this retired username. There is no way in any hell that that is her current account.
If you look at web.archive.org WaybackMachine you can search anyone's past online footprint. twitter.com/lorenm426 shows that the user who held that account was very active, posted thousands of pages of info to twitter since the acc was created initially. It also shows the account went dormant after 2019, but miraculously reemerged April 2023 & now has only posted to the platform 4 times total.

This is not the same person, with the same account. This is a new person, using Loren Merchan's retired username, pretending to be her, for a fake story line, handed to you by @LauraLoomer & now lapped up by Donald Trump, everyone they have in their reach, and so on.
All of this was concocted for a BS story to draw doubt towards Judge Merchan, and harass his daughter bc Donald Trump does not want to go to court and have his crimes further exposed in the hush money payments of his affair with porn star @StormyDaniels which @MichaelCohen212 has already served time for.
