When Ken Buck announced his retirement a couple days ago, he said there were THREE more Republicans who were going to be leaving soon. We just got Gallagher. If there are two more, then Mike Johnson has a problem.

I listened to Rep Crockett's town hall on Spoutible a couple of weeks ago... Great conversation + boundless energy...

Consider that it's highly unlikely that the Senate will concur with the House appropriations, so there will be a partial Govt shutdown. House must call a vote on vacate motion within two legislative days (Tuesday). If it happens, there will be NO ability to address the shutdown until a new Speaker is appointed.
