We should be aware of all the re-tread tires that surround the defendant. And flatten them.

I think the stuff about Paul Manafort likely getting a position in the defendant's campaign is interesting. When I've heard otherwise intelligent people say the "Russia hoax" I remind them of what role Manafort actually played in 2016. In every instance, they say, "Yeah, you are right. I forgot about that."

Isn't there a counterintelligence issue for the organization in relation to the Netanyahu government's extremist positions? Gorka is an extremist Catholic. He's been a Trump supporter and attached to a Hungary mindset that Americans shouldn't trust. He and his wife...

I'm only pointing out how this organization could be an intel source for him. They need to beware of him. He's not a good guy for democracy. He uses his multinational citizenship status toward ends I just don't think we should trust, either.

that his hosting the show where the defendant made this outrageous statement is a good introduction to what a slime he is, for those who aren't familiar with him.

Those of us long familiar with him know the threat that you speak of. Although even those who work closest with him dislike him, and say rude things about him behind his back these days, he is still a dangerous influence.

So would we agree that Bend the Arc should... what, keep him at a distance in terms of its intel and activities, etc.? Are most Jews even familiar with him? I would doubt it.

There's a fine line between supporting Jews and selling out their interests (whether the threat comes from the Trump/Netanyahu relationship or the Gorka/Hungary/Putin relationship) when the permanent peace and security of Israel are at stake. He could make stealth steps over that line.

I worry for Israel and our democracy when guys like him move around in multiple political/religious arenas. There's seems to be an amoral level in all that.

I've been waiting all my life to see any evidence that the arc can be bent much, at all because of all the suckers for Reagan who came along and bought that aw shucks corporate pitchman's slick delivery and never recovered.
