Alina Habba's latest talking points were purportedly pure mishmash.

Former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner diced up Trump's attorney for what he called a "bunch of word salad" for being unable to express a cogent point while pushing back against the narrative that her client, former President Donald Trump, is cash-strapped and boxed in after a New York City judge ruled against him in the damning civil fraud case that will force him to pay $455 million in penalties.

"The Attorney General [Letitia James] case is on appeal, we're waiting on that decision," she said during an interview with Eric Bolling on Newsmax. "We had a good hearing last week on that case."

"Obviously, the judge in the appellate division saw that there were some issues in the order and rectified them."

Trump's lawyers have filed appeals accusing Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron of having "committed errors of law and/or fact" and claiming he abused his discretion or "acted in excess" of his jurisdiction.....

Kirschner knocked Habba for her suggestion that Trump and his team have seemingly been muzzled all this time until now.

"I especially like when she says well 'Our story is finally going to come out!' They have been putting their story out in the media, they have been putting their story out in trials that lasted weeks if not months — but now on appeal their story is finally going to come out it's a bunch of word salad it's a bunch of gibberish."

He always notes how she makes claims and assertions about facts or harms yet includes nothing in her pleadings that shows any details about what those facts are or the harms would be. My guess is he'd need to sell something to get the funds, and he's saying if he sells something now and later gets off the hook via appeal he would have unnecessarily lost that particular asset.

It's like if you or I had this huge judgment against us and all we had was our house. If we had to sell it to put the money up during the appeal process and eventually the fine was overturned, we'd now be without our house.

The MAGA and GOP. His "properties" are all mortgaged to the hilt. Many of the buildings he speaks of as his are in name only. He pays for the rights to lease them to others but does not own them outright, thus his assets are literally paper thin.

His niece has said any number of times that DJT is a self propelling myth which depends upon the false impression that he has far more genuine wealth than he does. His father operated much the same way.

When the truth comes out about how little real money he has, and how compromised his property holdings are, DJT will collapse in a furious frenzied final tweet, or worse, lose it in public.

...And then he will still have to face the remaining investigations and likely incarcerations.
