US law professor suggests Biden is genetically predisposed to commit crimes

There really is no bottom….
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/joe-biden-jonathan-turley-crimes-b2502821.html

A US law professor has bizarrely suggested that Joe Biden and his family may be genetically predisposed to commit crimes, pointing to a distant relative of the president as supposed evidence.

In an opinion article for The Hill, Jonathan Turley, an attorney and professor at George Washington University Law School, said that the skirting of recent legal troubles by the Bidens was “something of a family trait acquired through generations of natural selection”.

Of course the whole premise is absurd anyway, especially given how far back he had to go.

and then made a living by running a brothel. And then his father got rich from a lot of shady business deals, not to mention his own numerous mafia ties.

OH WAIT, THAT'S NOT BIDEN.

I do quite a bit of genealogy for other people and I see it all the time.

To say that if you had an ancestor who went to prison you will be a criminal is just plain wrong.

This attorney needs to stick to the law and leave DNA ancestry to the experts.

Whenever a "law professor" is spouting bullshit, seems like it always turns out to be Turley. I once thought he could not sink lower, but am now convinced there is no depth of depravity or deceit to which he will not kneel down and partake of, with a tongue thirsty for any shiny, new lie to spew forth.

He truly disgusts me.

Grandfather.

This is just 4 paragraphs.. It's All really Interesting!

*Snip*

They testified that Robinette had, from the outbreak of the war, been “ardent, and Influential … in opposing Traitors and their schemes to destroy the Government.”

The letter concluded with an emotional flourish: “Think of his motherless Daughters and sons at home! … [Praying for] your interposition in behalf of the unfortunate Father … and distressed family of loved Children, Union Daughters & Union Sons.”

The missive did not go straight to the White House, but first landed on the desk of Waitman T. Willey, a newly elected senator from the recently admitted state of West Virginia. He endorsed the plea, calling Robinette’s punishment “a hard sentence on the case as stated.” Lincoln’s private secretary, John G. Nicolay, promptly requested that the judge advocate general, Joseph Holt, send over a report and the trial transcripts for presidential review.

Holt’s report arrived in late August, and Lincoln made his decision, writing, “Pardon for unexecuted part of punishment. A. Lincoln. Sep. 1. 1864.” Shortly thereafter, the War Department issued Special Orders No. 296, freeing Robinette from prison.

We know Trump's grandfather ran a brothel and his father was arrested at a KKK meeting and was guilty of breaking nondiscrimination laws in renting appartments. It is easier to find some similarities with their descendant !

What is more important is the resume, history and character of the two men and they could not be more different ... and explain why one has 91 indictments.

and that's where the alleged "genetic predisposition" comes from? Each generation doubles, and a great-great grandfather would be the fifth generation back, so Biden might have 32 ancestors of that generation. One of them committed a crime. What about his descendants? Are they criminals, too? Is there also a hint of anti-Irish prejudice here? Anyhow, the notion that criminality is a hereditary trait was debunked decades ago.

I have some dodgy characters in my family tree, too, including Vikings and smugglers. I also have clergymen, soldiers and doctors. I don't think I "inherited" tendencies toward any of those occupations. I don't plunder or smuggle, nor do I preach, wage war or perform surgery. But somehow it was no surprise to find out that this nonsense came straight from the sorry mind of Jonathan Turdley. He used to be relatively respectable; WTF happened to him?

Outside of that, unless this Professor has done actual GENETIC analysis of Biden with peer reviewed research he should STFU.

After all, one of my grandfathers, the one born in the North, was descended from some deadbeat Mississippi River Boat gamblers who fled north to escape their debts.
