From now on, this will be a mainstay in Presidential politics. Some in the GOP want their convention moved back, so their nominee can get his/her money sooner.
The Obama campaign was revolutionary in many, many ways.
That ad basically won him Ohio. And it aired in July.

WilLIARd - that gave them a serious head start because Rmoney used money to eliminate the others and clearly the Obama team knew he would do just that.
Timing is everything - additionally the Obama team were consistent while WilLIArd and his amateurs were responding to the winning team ad nauseum.

Actually, having watched these again. I think I like the 47% ad a little better.
