Can Anonymous Help Stop Election Fraud in 2014?

If the republicans are capable of flipping votes in a national election, wouldn't it be even easier to do so in smaller elections, especially where they control the state and local governments?
Would the methods they used in the presidential election, assuming the story of them doing so is based somehow in fact, even be feasible in these crucial races?

... it's kind of like the C.I.A.. When they have a successful operation, you never hear about it. When they screw up (as in Benghazi) the whole world hears about it. If they were able to stop Rove in his tracks, I don't need to know how they did it, and if it puts them at risk divulging information, they are playing it smart.
