This just in: Barack Obama Won!

I just found out that he won 332 electoral votes, making it a landslide win. Among the states he won were Ohio and Florida. Who knew?

Now, were there actual election counting shenanigans? Nobody knows. He still won.

Did someone actually thwart an attempt in Ohio to fix the election? Nobody knows. He would have won anyhow, even if he lost Ohio.

Is there potential to mess with elections? Of course there is. We should be working in our own states to make sure systems are in place to prevent that.

Did President Obama win a second term? Yes, he did.

Did we pick up seats in both the House and Senate? Yes, we did.

Did some states see a return to control of state legislatures to Democrats? Yes, they did. My state of Minnesota was one of them.

Was the result of the election a good one? Why, yes, it certainly was.

We Won!

My question mark was as to what point you were trying to prove, instead of just assuming your intent. However, my assumption would be that you are implying that persons are getting away from the bigger picture etc focusing on minutia? If so, I assure you, in my community the celebration has not stopped. If conversations now involve future election protections and safegaurds, then I believe it is in reference to the fact that so many were worried after the first debate, and had things been slightly different, the margins may have been close enough to switch. As such, one can celebrate and be vigilant at the same time. The last thing to do is become complacent.
