Trumps Tan made in Indiana?

2016. So maybe it's old news but first I ever saw it. Steve Hilbert is a high profile grifter who goes way back. Conseco, Tanning solutions, windmills too at one time, though that is not mentioned here. I guess now it's IT Consulting.
