Let me be one of the first to predict that he is going down. He has worn out his welcome in Washington and in Arizona, in my opinion.
There was a time when he appealed to a large bloc of American voters. However, no more. He is no longer the person or the politician that he once was.
It seems that he never got over his loss to Barack Obama in 2008. He turned into a vengeful and out-of-touch old man. It's time for him to go.

(10,237 posts)Hopefully he'll just retire and drag his puffy old ass to one of those homes that he didn't know how to count in 2008.
PEACE!

(15,164 posts)Unless there is a death or retirement, all come up for re-election in 2016
He survived a primary challenge from a teabagger (ex-Rep JD Hayworth) in 2010 to win re-election for another six years. So we're stuck with him for at least another four

(91 posts)He had a primary battle against some Tea Party guy in 2010. So he is up for reelection in 2016.
