(23,720 posts)but I have noticed that he often struggles when he is reading. My son is dyslexic and he has been worked with extensively by the schools to bring his reading up and he is now quite successul at it. However, he will never be able to spell. If I were to ask him to spell Europe he would spell it Yerp.

(20,043 posts)I like Al, I didn't used to. But I like his show, I think he makes a lot of good points. My son watches him every day, he's 21 it's odd he likes him so much, considering he's young.
I wasn't trying to be mean. Hell I wouldn't want his job, I'd be off the air in no time, I wouldn't mispronounce words, it'd be the words I used.

More often then not, society refuses to do that.
So I say good for him in sticking his neck out and for admitting he was wrong.

(20,043 posts)I like Al very much. I missed him admitting his mistake, I was cooking and listening. I'm sorry I missed that or I would have updated the thread.
The story he was reporting on was very important and I'm glad he did it.

And don't get me started on how people say "Nevada"
