1. NCSL National Conference of State Legislature?

The NCSL Standing Committees meet three times each year and allow legislators and staff to benefit from the experiences of other states in shaping public policy, experimenting with new laws, and managing the legislative institutions. Committee members explore issues that states have to deal with, but committees do not recommend policy to the legislatures on issues that are internal to the states. Committees do develop policy directives and resolutions on state-federal issues to guide NCSL's lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C.

NCSL's Washington staff lobby the Congress, the White House and federal agencies for the benefit of state legislatures in accord with the policies recommended by the Standing Committees and adopted at the NCSL Legislative Summit Business Meeting. As a result of those policy directives and resolutions voted on by the Standing Committees, NCSL is nationally recognized as a formidable lobbying force in state-federal relations.

Mark DeSaulnier from California is, I think, from the Bay area and a Democrat.

A Kennedy is also listed as a member. I assume the organization is not partisan.

Broadwell is very ambitious in my opinion. It is hard to say no to having your picture taken with a celebrity at a meeting of this sort. There is probably and interesting story behind this picture.

Hide behind a chest full of medals and uniforms. The MSM go gaga over that. Still doesn't make her credible. That lady could give Bachman a run for her Money.

Just before the email that got Jill Kelley all upset so she involved the FBI. Just before the ball started rolling that became this whole big scandal.

I posted this before but see this:

The timeline they have is incomplete but interesting in what it suggests.
