Ben Meiselas comment on Biden--excellent point:

It is worth reflecting on how people in democracies abroad admire President Biden’s temperament & his careful, deliberative, precise, intelligent, & compassionate approach of an elder statesman, while the incentive structure in America and our media rewards the exact opposite.

Yes, and bad results follow when institutional knowledge is lost, the elders leave, and no one knows how to do that which is needed to hold societies together.

"That" can not be selfish or small-minded.

Our M$M has decided there is more money in creating “news” stories than reporting the facts. They are leading our democracy down the path to a fascist state. It’s time to make that a very expensive choice.

By any means necessary.

Especially when it needs the world's largest military and commander-in-chief to defend the two democracy outposts of the West -- Ukraine and Israel.

As Biden said more than once, the world looks to us as an essential nation.

Why? Beyond just hating him for the sake of hating him - what has he done to disapprove of?

I prefer to get as much unbiased, objective info available before I begin to take any position. Older but wiser I guess. We need to give Americans lessons in history since so many have the memory of a gnat, even older Americans.

It's a subtle reminder that most of our allies HATED and DISTRUSTED Chump but they were too polite to say it. Now they recognize the wonderful, positive, trustworthy qualities of Joe Biden and they never want to see Chump again.
