All of which allow same sex marriage. All have their problems but no worse than the U.S., and some aer arguably better places to live (Norway comes to mind).

Some form of Highest Intelligence that would actually 'judge' it's creation -

then you must know that any judgement would come after the spirit/soul/energy leaves it's human form.
