I think Major Broadwell just may end up being the hero in this novella.

IMO just an over zealous intelligence agent trying to prevent the O10 level officers from being used and humiliated by a scam artist.

An intelligence officer with a gut feeling and no proof who took things into her own hands.

Did the FBI inform Holder, who then informed Obama that the head of the CIA chief was being investigated?

Anyway, of all the players, she is the cleanest.
