in Atlanta. Evidently, she's been using this non-paid and non-official position to argue with 911 that she possesses "diplomatic immunity" and thus those reporters besieging her lawn must be removed by the local constabulatory. From all accounts, the consulate in Atlanta begs to differ on her claim of "diplomatic immunity."

It's not to watch this real life soap opera...I'm trying though. I still fail to see why any of this crapola is anyone's business except the principals and their immediate families.

Did anyone not inform that idiotic FBI 'agent' (soon to be SAIC Nome, Alaska) that General Petraus was a neocon reTHUG? That impugning him had more effect on the reich wingnut torture porn freakazoids than on, say, President Obama?

Wow. I'm outta popcorn on this one.

I can't for the life of me figure out how young Asian women are transported into this country for the "massage parlor" trade.

A Honorary Counsel is basically someone who facilitates business contacts. My guess is she met a South Korean General who was at MacDill as part of the coalition. General may have mentioned the Honorary Counsel position and she liked the idea of having a title. I doubt she actually did any work, just used it as status.
As far as spying, she seems too unstable, careless, and visible to be much use as a spy. I think she's merely a socially ambitious grifter.

Parties for military top brass is what officer's clubs -- and officer's spouses -- are for.

Were she and her sister honeytraps specializing in highly-placed military personnel?
